Maria Glenn, PCC, CPCC, is an executive coach and leadership trainer who has a passion for inspiring leaders to get out of their own way and realize their full potential. A Merck & Company veteran of 25 years, Maria is all too familiar with corporate America quandaries. Many leaders struggle with the balance of being fully connected with their people, while remaining beholden to the bottom line. The goal of her coaching is for her clients to be wildly successful without having to sacrifice optimal fulfillment and in their role and equilibrium in their life. Encrypted on her DNA is a love of selling that makes her a perfect fit for motivated companies that want to close the deal. Her wealth of experience at Merck also included marketing, training, management and internal coaching. Maria has also previously held the titles of Co-lead Faculty and Mentor Coach at Raleigh Coaching, LLC.
A graduate of The Coaches Training Institute, Maria was certified by the International Coach Federation in 2009 and remains very active in the local chapter. A public-speaking enthusiast, Maria continues to hone her craft in Toastmasters and has held two leadership offices. In the regional speaking network, Maria has enjoyed sharing her expertise on leadership, Imposter Syndrome and mindfulness. A self-proclaimed yoga and weightlifting junkie, Maria stays active with her husband, David, and their two great kids.

A lifelong career woman, Laura stepped out of her Senior Management position at Cisco Systems to pursue her passion for executive coaching. The trials, tribulations and politics of corporate taught her that a successful career requires being in touch with your own needs, desires, and definition of fulfillment. Her coaching is focused on tapping into a client’s authenticity and uniqueness, and applying that to their careers and leadership style, thus creating authentic conscious leaders. Often referred to as a “Direct Communicator” for her ability to candidly mirror back incongruity and challenge limiting beliefs, while holding her clients with compassion and empathy. Her clients range from individual contributors to high potentials to senior executives, all of whom have the common goal of searching for a life that connects their core values and unique gifts with a career of purpose and fulfillment. As part of her philanthropic DNA, Laura volunteers as coach and spiritual companion for the Eastern Shore Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

Vahbiz Shroff, PhD, ACC, XCC, is an executive coach, trainer, facilitator and an organizational leader. She has developed a diverse professional presence through fulfilling careers in science, business and leadership coaching. After 20-year career in research and academia, Vahbiz explored coaching as a means to personal and professional improvement. She soon realized that coaching was a passion and now dedicates herself to helping students and professionals achieve fulfilling careers.
Vahbiz blends technical and coaching expertise to provide balanced, holistic guidance to her clients. She can best be described as: a scientist’s mind with a coach’s heart. Serving people in her community is of great importance to her. She has served as an executive coach for the Adams Apprentice Program (UNC-CH) and the Caldwell Fellowship Program (NCSU), and several other pharmaceutical companies and academic institutions.
Vahbiz is an ICF (International Coach Federation) credentialed coach with a certification in Authentic Leadership Coaching (CALC) and Executive Coaching (XCC). She currently serves on the board of directors for the International Coach Federation - Raleigh Chapter. She is founder and president of Living Your Best Coaching, LLC. Dawn spent more than 25 years developing leaders and energizing teams around the world, reaching thousands of people at all levels of leadership. Prior to founding her consultancy practice, Dawn sharpened her skills in a variety of leadership roles in Human Resources (HR) and Talent Management for Fortune 500 companies, including Stryker and NCR Corporation. During her career, she received global recognition multiple times for her performance as a HR business partner and cultural champion.
In her work with HR leaders and executives today, she tailors her fresh, pragmatic approach to onboarding, transitions, and change for each individual and team. Dawn drives impact for her clients using multiple certifications with expertise as a Gallup-Certified Coach, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and a master’s degree in adult education. In addition, she is an ICF Credentialed ACC Coach, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
