MASTERING YOUR BELIEFS:Self-managing your own beliefs requires skill, tools and practice. Our ASSENTER | DISSENTER™ coaching and training model enables our clients to become aware of the ongoing, internal conversation that is constantly steering their thoughts and driving their behavior. Through experiential exercises, participants will explore prevailing beliefs and choose the narrative that will create their desired outcome. This proven and successful training model will transform the way you and your team think and relate to each other. COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND TOOLS:Our leadership training includes a variety of learning methods and exercises that will bring about a more efficient way to communicate. Participants will learn how to: consciously listen at higher levels; self-manage internal conversations; and fully focus on the interaction. Leaders will learn and practice how to communicate from a place of curiosity and express themselves authentically in a way that moves from a "me" to "we" attitude, benefiting the entire system.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE:Leaders must be able to experience a full range of emotions, thus permitting others to do the same. We have designed effective exercises to discern the critical difference between managing emotions versus suppressing them. Recognizing emotions and learning to distinguish different feelings helps leaders to become more compassionate and trustworthy. Studies have shown that people with high Emotional Intelligence have greater mental and physical health, exemplary job performance, and more potent leadership skills.
COACHING SKILLS AND TOOLS:Leaders do not have to become professional coaches in order to support teams in their personal and collective growth. It does require an expanded skill set. For this purpose, we have created a simple, integrated coaching model that provides the tools necessary to create a coaching culture. These coaching foundations will be practiced in the training, instilling confidence for real-world scenarios.
NEUROSCIENCE AND LEADERSHIP: Neural pathways enable the neurons in the brain to communicate with each other and are comprised of electrochemical messages. It is scientifically proven; when a thought is repeated more than once, the neurotransmitters blaze a path and form a map in your brain that creates your belief system. Neuroplasticity refers to the potential of the brain to rewire itself by forging new neural pathways and create an empowering belief system. Participants learn how to use neuroplasticity to direct attention toward desired change and maximize their performance as leaders.
